Hey, I’ve been working out for about 2 years. I managed to drop from 113kg to 86kg. But its really hard to lose the last few kg. I have a bf pencentage of 17%. I’m trying to reach 10% so I’ll be able to see my abs. I’m really into bodybuilding and I’m wondering if this program will help me lose weight and at the same time build more muscle. And the thing that I’m most worried is about is the diet plan. I live in Singapore and I’m wondering if the food recommended in the diet plan will be available in my supermart.
